It started when the Lamborghini Gallardo would not start. A tow truck was called and when the car owner came to the workshop in Qingdao, there was damage to the vehicle that neither the towinc company nor the service shop would take responsibility for.
China Car Times writes that the sports car owner tried to contact all potentially responsible persons to achieve a solution, including Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann and managers within the VW Group. Lamborghini owner was not satisfied with the answers he received and demonstrated his displeasure by destroying the car on "World Consumer Rights Day".
